We live right down the street from Dreams Down Duvets & Bed Linens, so we thought we'd give them a try. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it that. They can also add or take out down to any product to make you warmer or cooler.All in all, this place rocks. If we have future projects at home we will call Dreams and we do Highly recommend them .
